Mission Statement
The mission of Angels Acts of Kindness Inc. 501c(3) is to provide an organization of caring people dedicated to serving community needs by providing individuals who may not be eligible for other assistance a hand up in life. This assistance includes people in need and people involved in enhancing our ecological environment.
Purpose
Angels is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
Angels will distribute assistance to needy and homeless individuals through food, cash, and in kind donations (including professional services) training or food and properties as the situation requires. Angels will refer these persons to other sources of assistance.
Angels will assist in the research, restoration and monitoring of the ecological systems globally but will focus on the North American Continent. Such assistance will include the obtaining and disbursement of research, monitoring and restoration grants/donations from government and private industry sources.
Angels will assist students to obtain tuition and/or research funds in subject area dealing with the ecosystem as funds are available.
Angels will coordinate and organize qualified volunteers in efforts to serve in humanitarian and ecological projects.
Angels will solicit and participate in fund raising as required to fulfill the above stated purposes. Angels will receipt cash or in kind donations with applicable tax receipts to benefactors in accordance with state and federal law.
